This beautiful home was designed and decorated to give you a true retreat from the fast pace of home, work, and even Orlando. Downstairs, you will find 2 separate eating areas, one kitchen nook with built-in benches and an amazing view of the golf course and pine tree forest. The other dining area has a farmhouse table, bench and chair seating, with plenty of room for 10 guests. There are also two separate family room areas. One has a very large sectional with deep, comfortable seating and a very large flat screen television. The other family room is at the opposite side of the home with two large, soft sofas and a wing chair.

Downstairs you will also find an oversized bedroom with a Queen bed, swivel rocker recliner, walk-in closet, and flat screen television. This room is perfect for babies who need to be rocked to sleep, or someone who prefers to sleep sitting up. It also has a 32” doorway installed to accommodate guests with special needs. Just outside of this room, you will find a beautifully remodeled step-in shower particular remodeled for guests with special needs. Designer ADA grab bars are installed at the toilet, along the wall, and inside the shower. Enjoy a shower with a comfort flow shower head or handheld shower head, with an easy-to-use diverter for seated showers for those with special needs. A backless shower seat is available for use, as well.

Ascend to the top of the gorgeous French Country staircase to find an office area with an 8 foot desk for 2 people seated at ergonomically correct chairs (casters replaced for safety in case toddlers are staying in the home). You will also find a comfy reading corner with a wingback chair, table, and lamp if you need some alone time.

Upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms. One bedroom, the master, has a King bed, chandelier, oversized walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with a separate toilet room, another closet, double sinks, and walk-in, open shower with a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has another King bed and oversized walk-in closet. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 Queen sleigh beds and a long closet, and the fourth upstairs bedroom has 2 Double beds and a long closet. The third bathroom is also upstairs, featuring new farmhouse tile and frameless glass enclosure.

All bedrooms have black-out curtains, new mattresses with memory foam, and white microfiber bedding. Bathrooms have plush white towels. This home was fully furnished so that every room and living space is a reminder that you are in a luxury home, and it will not feel like you are staying in a mismatched house.

Cleaning is held to the highest standards so that you will walk in totally impressed and joyful to get to call Chantilly Chateau home for the duration of your stay.

This is a large, 3000 square foot on a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in Highlands Reserve. The neighborhood is very quiet, with sidewalks and walking paths for relaxing morning and evening strolls. Within a short walk to a public indoor arcade and free children’s indoor playground with crawling tubes and slides. A shopping center is also within a 10 minute walk, complete with Publix grocery store.

For guests with mobility concerns, this home has a step-free entrance (3″ front and patio door thresholds) and 32″ doorways downstairs including the front door, downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom, downstairs laundry room, and all living and dining areas. The entire downstairs is step and threshold free! In our remodeling, we had guests with mobility walkers in mind.

For trip planning purposes, use 500 Highlands Reserve Blvd, Davenport, FL 33897 as a landmark. This is not the home itself, it is the primary golf course office. You’ll be able to get a very good idea of how close the home is to the places you plan to visit on your vacation.
